• Each individual may only create one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• VP VIP employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

2.2 KYC Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, VP VIP reserves the right to verify member identities (KYC). The following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal:

2.3 Password Security

5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If a match is suspended for more than 12 hours, the bet will be considered void.

5.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings cap applies to each bet or event. This limit may vary across different sports and markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VP VIP. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Using VP VIP for the purpose of money laundering
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Placing bets using another member's account
• Using automated bots or software to place bets

🔐 7. Account Closure & Suspension

VP VIP reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms Violation
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• In Cases of Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Upon Direction from Regulatory Authorities

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, VP VIP offers a self-exclusion option. Contact support to have your account locked for a set period.

VP VIP accepts no liability for the following:

• Temporary service disruption due to technical issues
